2tbsp pb
100g powdered milk (cuz cheaper)
100g öats
10-12 g cocoa powder
and put water till it reach 1L
1100 calories easy what do you think? been doing this for 3 and half months every day
Honestly I'd spring for the whole milk because of the healthy fats, I'm pretty sure all powdered milk is skim milk. Other than that yeah its good, I had one of those for breakfast for 3 months and made many gains.
