I eat steak tartare every couple of weeks but only at this one place where I know for sure the meat is fresh and ok. I always order it without the egg though. I don't really trust those.
Other than that I eat raw fish and seafood in sushi once or twice a month.

Raw oysters are the best. Don't get them at a restaurant or you'll go broke. Learn to shucks them yourself and order them through you local fish market.
