So I posted my new exciting diet yesterday and got a lot of constructive feedback. So I've made some changes. Here's my new improved diet.

So a lot of people said my alcohol at supper was affecting my sleep. So I got rid of the two glasses of white wine and added an extra mimosa at brunch instead.
Also some people said I was snacking too much so I got rid of the kiwi and the almonds
Another issue was my lack of exercise so I've started c25k. I tried to do week 1 day 1 today. It was a little much for me. I could only complete four out of the eight 60s runs but at least I got out there and got the blood flowing. I'm sure I'll progress as the weeks go by.

op, i lost 20 lbs in 2 months by quitting drinking. it is worth it. you need to stop then you can enjoy more tasty food and feel healthy again. i promise its not so hard to stop as some people say, just focus on the benefit and take a before pic of your face to compare in a few weeks and you will never go back to drinking because the beauty gains will be immense and measurable.
drinking while trying to lose weight is difficult because your liver has to process alcohol (a poisonous substance) before it can even digest the food of your meal, causing fat gain almost instantly. drinking also causes your visceral fat to grow, this type of fat is very dangerous to your health.
alcohol is especially bad for women, it will make you look like a used up old bag in just a few years. its the reason why people say women >hit the wall
it makes you smell gross (especially the pussy juices) and its expensive also.
do yourself a favor and quit the sauce before the damage is irreversible.
by the way, 2 drinks per WEEK is the recommendation not to exceed for women. that's 8 ounces of wine. you are indeed an alcoholic and ask any doctor they will tell you the same.

speaking from my personal experience literally eating a similar diet to what you propose. you will look fat and old, this diet is whats known as "alcorexia" you are eating way beneath your daily basal metabolic rate in actual calories and making up the difference in alcohol it will make you fatter.
it happened to me, i got fat doing this and it was all visceral fat.
if you wanna be sexy and thin you have to stop drinking so much and so often.

Interesting thank you. I always heard them used interchangeably. So is supper a small meal then? I can't imagine having dinner prior to 730 but ideally 8 or 830 is what I consider dinner. So then I don't know how a full meal could fit between then and sleeping

Supper is the evening meal. The 3 meals are breakfast, lunch, and supper. Whichever is largest is called dinner instead, for example in the US we usually call supper dinner while in Britain they call lunch dinner because it's their largest meal.
bruh a mimosa has 12% alcohol. With two glasses daily I have no idea why she hasn't had alcohol poisoning yet. ALSO it's really bad to eat the same thing every day. Just eat clean and follow "sugar bad, protein good"
