Bulking is memery. It's possible, on deficits, getting an abundance of protein and other nutriments via supplementation. Musculature signalling is about MPS, hormones, and nutrients (e.g., nitrogen positivity).

Hypoglycemia is actually really beneficial.

Salt is worrisome if you already have high blood pressure, if you don't, then it should be fine to eat a bunch
Omega 6 fatty acids are linked to increased heart disease, ordinarily they are part of an essential diet but we tend to heavily overconsume this fat, which is found primarily in vegetable oils

Muscles are more weighty than fats.

MPS suggests exercising only enough for every day, and thus that low-carb is still reasonable (especially supplementing pyruvate, et al.).
