We all know that doing flat bench instead of incline will develop downwards pointing pecs.

What about with dips, do you really want to lean forward during your reps?

plz reply I don't want milkies

What the fuck

Pecs don’t point anywhere, you fucking retard

you do want to lean forward to let the pecs do most of the work. a more upright dip is more tricep dominant. a good routine must include barbell work first, incline degree and dips

How do his pecs look bad in anyway?

Stupid nigger, you can’t isolate a muscle head in a muscle. It’s genetics.
Do you think doing crunches more to one side would have fixed his zipper abs?

The shape of your pecs is determined by your genetics. I don't believe in the upper and lower chest meme.

He's looking good?

wtf why is there a hole in his side

idk I really hope my chest never looks like that

Fucking retard.

He heard about OP's one rep max

Don’t lift, problem solved

what's with Jow Forums's obsession with getting as big as possible?

mate type in "ufc 155lb" in google image and find me one example of someone who trains for useful purposes that has milkies

You guys are the gayest and most insecure mother fucking group of people on the internet.

It’s just muscle insertions. You could have a perfect routine for your chest and it might still look like shit because of simple genetics.

Is there any reason to not only do weighted pullups when you have the chance? Adding 10 pounds really helped me break my 15 rep plateau, and I wonder if I should just keep doing them, especially now that I'm starting a cut.

Bro what are you talking about tons of guys at 155 have developed chests, they won't have milkies because they only weigh 155 fucking pounds. Barboza, Alvarez, Lee basically any of the muscular guys in the division.

>weighted dips one of my favorite lifts
>AC Separation
>and kind of vertical pushing with left arm is agonizing
>can still bench and OHP tho

could be worse

Droopy pecs are mostly due to insertions and natural muscle belly shape.
Even if you just train incline, the lower pec will still look dropy and smaller.

are you fucking retarded, OP? serious question

stop spamming this board with stupid DYEL broscience. your chest insertions will be defined by genetics. hit flat bench heavy and hit incline heavy as well

your pecs will never be that big as a natural, neither will your shoulders, neither will your arms. Just the way it is on this bitch of a earth. Honestly if you are a natural lifter and you are worried about being "too big" just diet and you will shrivel up a ridiculous amount, only body part as a natty that can really get too big in my opinion is legs, and that is a matter of preference.

Lee is on all the good stuff though.

Got the GH gut and the injection bumps on his abs

actual DYELs
>unaware that there are multiple chest muscles, and doing incline heavily targets the upper region.

have fun with your breast gains of 2019

>guy suggests doing both flat and incline bench to fully hit chest
>call him dyel for not hitting upper chest
t. retard

You want to spread your elbows apart more to target chest. If you want to target triceps more you put your elbows more in towards your body. Dips are imo the best exercise to target your triceps.

I do them once a week and unweighted nearly every day. Body feels good and I'm up to BW+50lbs for 3 sets of 5. Brian Alsruhe swears by them, so I figure n=2 is good enough

HOLY SHIT
