the crunch by my place bought out an old powerlifting gym, so its super legit and i get to go for $10 a month. its a lot like what you described, but machines are rugged in a good way

I can't see your physique due to the shirt but I think part of your "unattractiveness" is the fact you seem to be completely fashionably unaware. The shirt, pants, shoes are all screaming "I dropped out of society" which will make you seem like an ungroomed loser.
You're not ugly at all. Just get rid of the leftover hair, style the beard, and start dressing business casual everywhere you go (except for the gym, and even then just change in the locker room). Maybe get a nice elegant wristwatch to show status

i dont have an "Arms day".
i just work upper body in general usually just shit around on machines as accessory lifts and have flat bench/OHP as my main lifts of the day.the only bicep isolation exercise i do are curls, but i do them literally every time i go to the gym no mater what muscle group i am trying to hit on a specific day.also i do legs less than i probably should.
What is most important is just getting to the gym above all else.i go every other day. while my routine is far from optimal, i like all the lifts i do. which keeps me keep coming back.

That's the most retarded advice every. Getting fat and "bloating up" will deform your body forever and you'll never ever have a nice V-shape or anything else that is considered aesthetic.
Train your forearms, do your deadlifts. Don't listen to some fat beta powerlifters.
I don’t believe you looked the same at 165 and 180, either way you should be lifting 3-5 times a week, not every day. Go and run or do rowing if you have to be active to get the energy out. Post body for more specific advice
