I've been doing kegels for 5 years, but here's a silver lining that most places don't even mention.
There is no single pelvic floor muscle, it's a collection of several ones, most important ones being PC, BC and IC muscles (not gonna bother writing the long ass full names, you can find them yourself). BC is the one right under the base of your dick. IC are like 45 degree support pillars that connect to the base of your dick. PC is around your butthole.
To get the supposed benefits from kegel exercises
1)You must strenghten ALL THREE. The way most sources teach you to squeeze only squeezes the BC, or the BC and PC together. However, the IC is crucial to erection strength, much smaller, and much harder to isolate. Look at a male pelvic floor diagram showing all three together, and try to make sure you work all three, and especially isolate IC. To do this, try slightly pulling in or squeezing the base of your dick. Most likely, it will be hard to notice anything at the start since it's so weak. When you squeeze hard, usually the BC and PC completely take over.
2)In addition to strengthening, you must also learn to RELAX them, and AVOID INVOLUNTARY CONTRACTIONS DURING SEX. Squeezing especially the PC and BC actually brings you closer to orgasm, since they basically involuntarily spasm during orgasm. You should balance the squeezing exercises with what's called a reverse kegel, basically learning to push out and relax these muscles. Use this to reduce your arousal and delay your orgasm during sex.

How do you get more girthy?

just do jelqing and stretching. Look up JP90. Try it for a week before making assumptions about PE being a hoax. Do that routine for a week without mastrubating and I promise you will experience the strongest erections of your life, and your flaccid dick will hang fat as fuck. if you start with jp90, go easy on the jelqs for the first month. do half of what it says. it's really difficult to permanently injure yourself, none of the exercises should be painful in any way so you have to massively over doing it to cause real harm. just start light and build slowly

I would literally only do wet jelqs in the shower. Start with 30 reps 4x/week. Then move on to doing like 10 minutes, just make sure you’re not fully hard when doing this. Look it up so you know more. Thundersplace, pegym area few but there’s a ton of guys coping hard on those kinds of sites.
