Are supplements necessary?

Do they make a difference? Which ones are the best to take? Creatine, whey, BCAAs?

Read this line again and think really really hard now, OP.

The best supplement in my opinion is whey, since it allows you to easily get in your daily broteins.
BCAA supplement is a meme, creatine is good if you're working out at least 5+ a week and feel like you need more recovery time.

Creatine, Whey, multivitamin

whey protein is food

Casein is better than whey.

anyone using DAA, is it a meme?

If you eat right then creatine is all you need to consider.

As a natty who just wants to look good? no.

Creatine bloats your face and body while maybe giving a very slight edge in lifts. Not worth it unless you're an autist who only cares about numbers on his lifts.

Whey is just protein that can be easily replaced by meat, quark, cottage cheese etc. Real foods also taste way better. 'Chocolate', 'vanilla' whey is strictly worse than food as the sweeteners ruin your gut flora and make normal food taste like shit, making you fall into bad food habits.

BCAAs aren't worth it tbqh, if you're on a fasting protocol and want to train fasted just eat a small quark/cottage cheese portion it won't trigger an insulin response while giving you plenty of energy for a 1hr workout.

>just eat cottage cheese bro

Maybe if you're bulking, otherwise this is completely fucking retarded.

Nutritionist here
You don't need whey for shit, it's easy as fuck to get 100-150g protein every day
creatine works
BCAAs work but you don't need them for shit unless you train like an athleteTM

if you want more protein literally just eat more nuts
literally put chia seeds in a cup of milk and drink them if you're trynna add weight
watch your micros and eat a variety of foods
Christopher Walker on youtube can sometimes seem like a spook but he has a good angle
don't buy his shit though

also your definition of supplements seems to be very narrow
supplements' effectiveness depends on the source and the manufacturer as well, as it affects bio-availability

if you want an all around supp that would save you from potential deficiencies, just buy a Nature's Plus 180 tabs vitamin thingie
no i'm not sponsored

based and bacteriapilled

what the fuck is that stupid anime image?

Doesn't whey contain BCAA?
why do people need to supplement more BCAA?

The only thing is retarded is your statement. Cottage cheese is one of the best foods for a healthy protein rich diet

Why not just drink more milk?
>Contains whey
>Contains casein
>Great macro profile
>Whole food

go awhey salesgoblin, you won't get me today

Bought some more last week. Mint chocolate. Not bad

However

>No scoop inside

Fuck you supliment jew.

Enjoy ingesting hormones and giving yourself puffy nips and gyno

If I need more protein, I get a product that contains nothing but protein, not protein, sugar and fat

based
milk's macros are shit TO MEN OF SCIENCE.

If it ain't 80%+ BROTEIN by calories FORGET ABOUT IT

>not considering percentage of calories from protein to determine absolute basedness of protein sources
>being so stupid to look at a label and say "durrr there's a big protein number here, must beeee gud"
