how much do you lateral raise? I do cable lat raises and with dumbells I can do 25

lateral raises 4x8 with 15kg dumbbells

i started at 80kg, and i notice a pretty nice difference in my traps

how many sets and reps should you do a week for traps and lat delts? I do about 3x20/day for 3 days a week ,is this not enough volume?

That's probably fine, delts recover relatively quick so if you feel like you can squeeze them in another day, why not.

I do lat raises a la Cavaliere 3* a week, seated barbell press Wednesday light ohp Saturday.
