I haven't updated this one in a few weeks but yesterday I did 100kg bench press for 1 rep. FeelGoodMan.jpg
Still working on my squat and deadlift, squat is going good, deadlift not so much. Also no idea how many pullups I can do with added weight.

Everyone in the last thread keeps telling me Im a t-rex, but I cant even deadlift half my squat atm. I think I just have a very strong core and quads. Also I really like rowing.

I'm following Hagen's advice and putting all my effort in one or two compound lift a day. Already put a fifty on my squat and row.

>that imbalance
We all have to start somewhere user....

Started training one month ago and I seem to be already stalling on the bench.
The other lifts are progressing fine so far, I can for example add a rep to my dips every other workout.
I guess l will already have to do a deload after one fucking month at 50kg.

Jesus Christ what the fuck, did you literally just start user?

Damn nice tits

You're probably just not eating enough

I've been a fat alcoholic until recently (fasted on an off for a year, got down to normal weight), started 2 months ago, half assing it. Believe it or not I've made progress

>woman
hahaha

Looks like you need to start doing squats, diddlys, and rows.

A-symmetric strength lmao

>diddlys
diddly squats, ok dad

>tfw purpleman

I started a month ago.

user how fat are you

Time to run away from chest day I guess

Shut up, very.

this could be me. can also confirm eating more works.
I stalled at 50kg bench while doing SL just like you. so i upped bench to 2-3 times a week and ate more. now i'm progressing again (slowly), currently at 57kg x5.
also keep in mind that strength is relative to your bodyweight. eg. if you weigh just 50kg (manlet or girl) and can bench 50kg thats actually pretty good

I have a friend that's just like this. she can't bench 0.1pl8, cant squat the bar to proper depth, can't ohp the bar and cant do a single chin up..
keep going, you will see progress. we're all going to make it

look how edgy and cool i am for self berating my results teehee kill yourself retard

Eating more is possible although I already gained like 8kg since I started. I will also try benching every workout day from now on.

Fuc deadlifts

been lifting since last june, started as a 250lb lardo, down to 210, feelin good, target is about 190.
WHY IS MY OHP STILL SO SHIT REEEEEE

Attached: symstr.png (869x825, 334K)

You don't just do OHP for shoulders.... right user?

nah bro, i do lateral raises, front raises, and facepulls too, albeit in the 10-15 rep range, and benching standard and narrow, duh.

Should i go heavier in the shoulder isolation? i'm afraid of snapping my shit, bad rotator cuffs run in my family

Could be the weight loss man. I go heavy on everything I do, 5reps for 5sets. That could be why but I'm not sure. Best of luck user.
