Slowly increase your caloric intake. Set a timer for every 3 hours and eat when it goes off. Don't eat yourself retarded and don't eat trash. Chicken breast is great for protein source ofc but don't be afraid to dive into beef and pork too. You need calories. But don't make it a 1k+ overnight caloric increase. You'll bloatmaxx. Unless ofc that's the goal. Also do something else with your hair
