Been there. Do proper recovery and you will be fine quicker

Don't worry, I'll hold them up for you

nigger

Perfectly normal. You'll get it less and less frequent as you keep at it. Takes about 2-3 weeks to get acclimatized to working out. You can do it, user!

I did 2pl8 squats like you guys said after using the leg press for a bit and now i haven’t been able to climb a stair for a week.

Just let your arms relax and stretch them out for a bit until you finally regain full mobility. The fact that you were able to lift to the point of causing your arms to become this sore is a good thing because you are able to push yourself to make good gains. Just do the same workout next week and only take it easy if your body actually starts hurting.

Nigga there were days when i couldnt pull my pants up my arms hurt so much.
Doctor repeatedly told me to stop lifting for atleast 2 weeks.
I didnt drop a day, and im sure other people here have been through worse.
Fuck off

You sound like you fuck black guys.

Maybe i do, hows it feel knowing you cant stop me from fucking black guys.

POLICE, HANDS UP!

> dies in inaccurate 9mm

based

>police actually announcing themselves

guess you're not from murica huh

well, keep going faggot

in fact, shouldn't you have gone back to the gym by now? just because its sore doesn't mean you can't pick the bar back up.

also stretch and take more time between sets you dumb faggot

The first couple workouts are the worst for recovery. You'll be good in

I envy you. I miss those old days of beginer gains where I could barely move.

That just means you did a good job!

Its called the John Mccain

Heh

Make sure you're getting enough protein. I was sore as hell when I started lifting but it got a lot better when I started making sure I was getting enough protein

That means you pushed hard. I'm proud of you user

Kek

First time I did squats I could barely walk next day. Still getting noob gains but beating my personal bests on a weekly basis is pretty addictive.

Creatine cut my recovery time right down but I lift 5 x week anyway. How does one over train anyway?

It's mostly a meme.
