I think I tried 100kg first time when I got 92,5 for 4 touch and go reps. The 100kg was like RPE9 with a 2sec pause.
I never tested, but when I could do 95kg for 8 I could do 100kg for five.
No idea, I haven't watched a form video in five or six years because I'm not a beginner.
The 1RM calcs show me benching 120kg and that isn't happening roflmao

Technique goes to shit after a while especially if you lift with high intensity and you develop bad habits and imbalances(this is what sheiko does right, percentages are low)

1-5reps @8 feefees hurt, take some percentage off and do back off sets until you re @8 feefees hurt again
Do that for 2-3 main lifts, then add some accessory movement at the end
