>lots of meat
>decent amount of veggies
>avoid sweets
>drink a lot of water buddeh
>OATS

garlic, pure cacao, brocolli, pussy juice, oats, pomegranate, coconut and many more. search for food that raise test and food that raise dopamine, ephedrine, noradrenaline etc. write down everything you like and figure out which combination would taste good enough for a meal. mix high protein food in and you will feel better after around 10days.

>pussy juice

>search for food that raise test and food that raise dopamine, ephedrine, noradrenaline etc.
Not being vegan will be enough, kek.

it raise test. best thing is when you slip a finger in your gf before you leave the house and sniff it throughout the day.

Unironically Keto, sunlight, fresh air and exercise. t. Formerly suicidal.

Yep

Why is keto repeated so much here?

Maybe because it works?

Because it gives incredibly consistent energy levels, and makes getting to sleep and waking up easier. Depressed people also often don't eat healthily at all, and just hock up on carby foods that don't provide all the nutrients they need. Keto is a super easy way of actually getting all that good shit in you, it's just meat and greens.

you will die from it. no more depression when dead.

Vegetarian keto

Once I started eating a shitton of red meat I'm waking up after 4 hours of sleep to cook a steak. I think my gut bacteria are taking over.

This

>no booze
>no drugs

also just eat food that isn't trash (sugary bullshit like white bread, pastries, candy, soda) and get enough iodine, iron, vitamin D and B vitamins.

Follow this

its good

Most of these things are unironically near impossible to do when depressed. Diet and water are the best place to start, then exercise, then everything else will follow naturally.

>social life
maybe next time user..maybe next time

Jow Forums counts as a social life, right?

Next life*

My only issue is social life. I'm such a boring person.

I only work, lift, cook, and read.

;_;

Chuck a qt

Unironically carnivore. Definitely the biggest positive effects on brain function and mental health out of any diet.

Because its almost like the overconsumption of calories is from the most calorie dense forms of food

i think people know that they ingest too many carbs. like most diets, instead of reducing or finding a balance, they take it to the logical extreme and remove it wholly.
i find that low carb diets kill my gym performance and give me brain fog. I eat less of it now, but i still have small portions of grains and fruits, and the occasional toasts.

fulfilling career is where it's tough for me. i have a B.Eng, but im stuck in some boring office job. i just want to get out but im not given the chance by companies.

>im not given the chance by companies.
and you won't ever be, career's are all about networking and have very little to do with any actual ability you may or may not have

Contrary to what traffic-seeking websites and "health" magazines will tell you, there's no real need to follow diets *for* things (excluding specific medical conditions such as drug-resistant epilepsy, coeliac disease, hypertension, allergies, intolerances etc.)

The best thing is to eat what is roughly a healthy, varied and balanced diet, that contains everything your body needs, in the amounts that it needs, as often as it needs it. You can generally achieve this by following the dietary guidelines of legitimate medical bodies such as the NHS. These usually follow the scientific consensus and are backed up by rigorous statistical analyses.

That said, the British Dietetic Association (who are a legitimate medical body) *do* have dietary guidelines for depression (see bda.uk.com/foodfacts/depression_diet ). The guidelines do, to a degree, just re-emphasise the parts of the NHS dietary guidelines which are relevant to depression, but are still very useful.

eat nothing but animal products for a day or two. thank me later.

Not tap water. Chlorine kills gut bacteria

Here you go m8, here's how to unironically battle depression:

>Starting is the hardest part for some, followed immediately by CONTINUING. When you start to feel good, you'll think you can go back to the things that make you feel bad and they won't affect you as bad. And they won't at first, but after repeated use you'll fall into old habits.
>avoid thinking you have to tackle the list below all at once. You can try, but focus on doing one thing really well, then adding the other things.

List:

>Exercise. Don't focus on which one is better, just MOVE YOUR BODY. Run, walk, and/or lift. Start small, build up. You will suck balls at first, keep going.
>Avoid carbs in the form of grain. No pasta, bread, rice, etc. Only use these in moderation if you are burning a shitload of calories with exercise/work. I know this seems like a meme, but until you've actually avoided grain for a month - you'll not realize how shitty they actually make you feel.
>get outside. Sunshine is great for battling depression. Or at least stop staying in your room all the time.
>avoid screen-time as much as humanly possible - especially videogames/Jow Forums/social media. Anything that gives you little bursts of dopamine is generally fucking up your brain.
>the above includes porn. Avoid it. Jack off when you're horny, not when you're bored.

Thank you for sharing this, user.

Probiotics/fermented foods. Full fat sugar-free yogurt, kimchi, kambucha, etc.

BASED AND NUTROGENOMICS PILLED

3 meals a day of food thats balanced and not fucking retarded. You could be fine with cooking just meat and vegetables together with spices and pouring it over some kind of carb. Thats what most of the world does and to the effect of not having mental health issues coming from eating meal replacement bars and fast food as a main source of calories.

I put my girlfriend on carnivore for her arthritic ankles and knuckles. That improved and she's been off her meds for almost 6 months now. She went from being a raging cunt on her period to halfway reasonable. Her mood stabilizing was the first thing i noticed after her hangriness from the new diet stopped and she finally listened to me and started eating enough.

What do I sweeten OATS with if no sweets?

Oats are horrible for you.
Don't eat them.

wtf

Don't ever trust Jow Forums everyone on this board has nigger IQ and is dyel.

I've never eaten oats in my life until I came here.

It's true.
It's a shit food source and dripping with endocrine disrupting and cancer causing pesticides.
No I'm not a "hippie" or what have you.
This is a fact.
If you want fiber there are better none, or at least less, toxic food sources.

>Most of these things are unironically near impossible to do when depressed

You're extremely close to an epiphany, think about it a little more.
