Soybean oil in resturant food

A lot of restaurants cook their food in basedbean oil and I only found out about that when I read their allergen menu. Could I still eat those foods or are they gonna lower my T

A single meal isn't going to change your body chemistry you idiot
Unless you eat at a restaurant every day it's fine

onions doesnt actually lower your t / raise your estrogen lol

> Eats meat that is loaded with antibiotics and hormones
> Worried about s-o-i

>he doesn't cooks his own meals
never gonna make it

Yeah, it will lower your test a bit.
So make eating at that restaraunt a luxury that you'll have to pay for.

Inevitably, you will eat onions--unfortunately you can't avoid it these days, so just be exceptionally deliberate about it.

wait what's wrong with milk?

It's estrogenic. Replace it w/ unsweetened almond milk.

Restaurant food is shit, not because its soi

but because they re-use vegetable oils for like a week before replacing them, loading your body up with oxidised shit

It has oils that give you pimples

Almonds are like 50% estrogen, kike.

Fuck off milk shill, you don't know shit

>bottled water
>BPA
>PET PLASTIC BOTTLE
>POLYETHYLENE TEREPHTALATE
>BISPHENOL A
are the people who make these pictures unironic retards? You can find shit like this on wikipedia for fuck sake

fuck are you trying to say

I'm sorry but you will turn into a basedboy.

I’m 90% sure that if you are high test, you wouldn’t actually give a shit about consuming maybe a tablespoon of soibean oil. So no worries m8

Thinking like that is what leads to low test and a high fat around your midsection.

absolutely nothing

These ideas are only real if you believe in them.

Okay I've personally read papers (Behr et al, 2011) that found that onions raises estrogen. This isn't a meme like onions

Fuck I meant onions. ONIONS RAISES ESTROGEN*

I see how it is. S-O-I RAISES ESTROGEN

ALSO MODS ARE GAY FROM EATING TOO MUCH S-O-I

Onions is not near as bad as it’s made out to be. Most of the other oil options are just as bad, but I’m pretty sure there’s no definitive evidence of consuming those oils actually messing with free test. Stop worrying about it.
