Jow Forums happenings started to get documented and were being put on YouTube. The media also did their fare share of spreading the word of hacker Jow Forums. Not to mention Jow Forums subr*ddit posts(especially greentext posts) who sometimes sneak their way into r/all.
thousands of drooling r*ddit/YouTube teens and incels came flocking because they saw something fun in this website and took the bants too literally. It's kind of sad to still be here but it's the only place I could remember the old times

I still go to the gym but its not quite the same without posting on Jow Forums before or after. This is the first time i have come back to lurk and the whole board feels like spam.

They do have them, but when mods are awake it gets deleted. The entire thread is filled with people claiming improving yourself is somehow better than getting angry at others and shit like claiming the best you can do for your race/country/gender is to get them to also work on self improvement. They had an entire project to try and get young guys to lift more like that will do anything. It's fucking retarded and you can see the exact same shit in our Sig threads now.

I’m not even sure how long I’ve been here, but it’s well over a decade off and on. People have been complaining about the board since the beginning and that’ll never change. What it seems like to me is that the user base changes every couple years and the thread topics reflect that. This current crop of posters will eventually quit fitness too because they get jobs, families, lazy, etc. A new crop of youngsters will eventually take their place along with us few remaining oldfags and the cycle will continue.

Most of the time this is true but it's not in this case. We used to be about motivating each other to get girls and make it, and get strong. Yes it was filled with nerds but there was an equal number of legit people from bb.com and some great trips who were legit honest dudes with normal lives, beastly lifts and great physiques.
