There's everything wrong with it if you look long enough:

>Squat
-Doesn't go below parallel
-Bar is resting on his hands, not his traps
-The center of balance of the bar is way back and not in the middle of the foot

>Deadlifts
-Bar is too far away and not in the middle of the foot
-Knees aren't locked up at the top.

>Bench press
-Elbows are flared up
-His left looks crooked, like he's not centered in the bench

>Military press
-He's seated
-He's pressing behind the neck
-His grip is too wide
