Yogurt. My normal bulking smoothie is something like
>1 cup whole milk
>1 cup orange juice
>1 cup plain yogurt
>1-2 bananas
>1 scoop whey
>some frozen kale/spinach and berries
Old milk.
Cottage cheese with fresh strawberries, banana and some nuts
skyr 12g protein pr. 100g for only like 86 kcals
Parmesan cheese
Shred that shit up and eat it on toast with some olive oil

full-fat Greek yogurt without any added sugars, mostly because I'm usually adding it to sweet stuff (muesli, oatmeal with honey, ...) and I don't like really sweet stuff
Danon light and fit Greek yogurt. 0 fat, ~15g carbs and ~15g protein. Taste good as fuck too. Great for overnight oats
