I fucked up Jow Forums. Bought 10 pounds of chicken tenders instead of chicken breast. Was about to prep the meat for portions and decided to check if tendies have the same nutrition value as regular breast meat.
HOLY FUCK I was surprised. These bad boys pack so much fat and so few protons it's pretty much a waste and will ruin my cut.
Is there anything I can do to them to at least minimize the calories, like grill the fat out or something?

There are only 15g or protein in 270cal of meat. I aim at 150g protein a day and that eating tenders will put me WAY above my TDEE. And that is meat alone with no veggies or fruit I consume daily

Around 2k probably. I stopped counting calories many years ago and just guesstimate them while still counting the preotons

I did some math according to Turns out his chicken tendon have 15 g protein and 23g of fat in 270cal which is fucking impossible.
I saw his post, and it doesn't make any sense unless he got some tenders injected with butter or something. The fattiest part of the chicken is the thigh and even then it has higher protein.
