so you would do A routine on day1 B routine on day 2 day3 would be a rest day and then A routine repeats on day 4 and B on day 5 followed by two days of rest.

Well to be honest I just want to look like I lift. I know there are variations but it's not exactly like I can select one and I don't feel like reading through every recommended exercise before performing one or I'd never actually go lift.
I'm a sucker for analysis paralysis and have a pretty mentally demanding career, so I guess which ever one is better for overall aesthetics and easiest to follow?
My Weight: 167 lbs (skinny all my life) Amount of Protein I eat per day: 120 g Calories per day: Eat just a little more than burned. If I burn 3.3k per day, I eat 3.5k worth. My fast metabolism makes this the hardest part of working out. Carbs/Protein/Fats: 40/40/20 - You need some fats in your diet, just not a lot.
Exercises:
Leg Day - Do leg workouts, because it encourages Testosterone production. This helps with overall gains.
Squats - Hold a dumbell in both hands - 12 reps x 4 sets Lat Pull Downs - dumbells - 12 x 4 Lunges - dumbells - 12 x 3 both legs Glutes - machine - 12 x 3 Calve Extensions - machine - 20 x 3 abdominal crunch - machine - 15 x 4
Rest a day
Chest Day
