>bench heavier than deadlift
Bench heavier than deadlift
Bench 40kg.
>deadlift is only 40 kgs heavier than bench
if am gril and am struggling to go from 27.5kg to 30kg bench should i start using microplates?
feelsbadman
>Girl.
>Benching.
Nice try, shemale.
spot on moira am on the protean
Squat is same as bench, deadlift is two and half bench.
Reeeeeeeee
weak back
weak legs
>deadlift 180 kg
>bench only 90kg
I'm in the same boat, but I can Leg Press almost 3 times my squat
>deadlift 165kg
>bench 105kg
Deadlift is a meme lift
those are my lifts
Nah, microplates weigh less than the error margin of the plates at the gym. Instead just up your volume and frequency, throw in some assistance exercises and do most of your work in the RPE 6-8 range rather than maximal efforts.
I just don't care about deadlifts and squats
I'll do them maybe once a week but beyond that I don't give a fuck
That is totally normal.
nah
Here are some methods I've used myself
>5xF with heavy dumbbells on one day, 4x8 with barbell the other day
>3x8 with barbell, then do 2xF with dumbbell
>more tricep work
>cable flyes
>once a week, do paused bench, but pause the rep not on your chest, but on the midway point, where it's the hardest to hold
>t. also grill
I'm at 60kg, managed to bench 55kg for 2 the other day
>OHP 60kg
>Bench 75kg
Brehs why can’t I fucking bench
>deadlift is three times heavier as bench
God bless my legs.
>girl
>benching
are you retarded? LOL
Think that imbalance indicates a weak chest. Pretty sure there Jeff mentions it in a athlean X video.
bless you kind anons, will do more assistance exercises and increase reps
>deadlift 130kg
>squat 145kg
>bench 85kg
>all for working sets
WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
oh, forgot to mention that when I work with dumbbells, I try to approach the 5x5. But I always give it all. Usually during my last set, I listen to my favourite song as well, and sometimes I even reach 8 or 9 reps out of nowhere.
Oh, and one last thing.
You don't have to use the same weights during every set. You can increase it as you approach your last set.
So let's say, if you're doing the 4x8, and you start with 25kg, then do 27.5, 27.5 and 30kg.
Then the next time you do the same exercise, do 27.5 for three sets, and 30 for the last one.
Then 27.5 for two sets, and 30 for the last two, and so on.
>squat is only 20 pounds better than my bench at 225
>can deadlift 405
It dont make sense
thank you fren, will try it out next time
>OHP is heavier than bench
I bench 100kg for reps
I diddle 100kg for reps
wat do
>Bench 143kg
>deadlift 203kg
My numbers are fucked
Congrats on the 1pl8 deadlift, bro!
Step aside, son. Long armed 35yo lifting three years coming through. FUKT4LYF
>134kg Bench
>250kg DL
>squat the same weight as bench
>shit bench
>shit squat
>shit deadlift
Your deadlift is seriously low. Bench press seems about equal to squat. Your back is weak as fuck, dude. Work on that.
high five bro I unironically bench and squat 3.25pl8 now, my legs are shit hahah
Retract the scapula
Ok so ive lifted for like 2 months and i can squat 120 kg but my bench is only 50 kg. What the fuck is wrong with me. Im 178 cm and 74 kg
you do half reps
