Front squats and ssb are mainly for quad hypertrophy unless you are an advanced lifter. They are not doing anything that a high bar squat wont for intermediates.

If you want a squat variation for a beginner/intermediate, do your volume paused or tempo.

DB row for high reps is better for overall back development without the lower back fatigue, in my opinion.

I don't fuck with dumbbells for pressing unless I'm injured. You can get plenty of range of motion on an overhead barbell press if you are bringing it down to your clavicle oh, and you can weight it much heavier

How about getting strong and actually looking like you lift? I’m not saying not to do those lifts but just solely doing those is stupid.
