Originally injured it last november during soccer practice (slipped on a ball, fell on my back).
Limped for 2-3 weeks initially, rested it though.
Now can walk/bike usually with no problem, but exercise strains it.
Legs under tension during planks/pushups -> a little bit "sore" knee (subjectively more towards the inner side) for a day
Carefully done air squats reps 1-3 -> more sore, again no sharp pain, but it feels kind of instable (even though it never gave in), makes me want to shift my weight toward the right side

from what I can see on the MRT and your anamnesis, the lateral collateral ligament is a bit strained and you have some cartilage damage already on the inner side of your tibia.

ive marked it in the pic, you should have a straight line like on the other side.

Afaik usually a doctor briefly says whats going on directly after the MRI. However the women just sent me my way without a talk with a doctor. Personally I think its because I went pretty late (Place was opened until 5 pm, was finished at 5:30 pm because of waiting time).
Now my orthopedist will officially interpret them

You cant judge an MRI from a few still images you need to scroll through it. From the few low quality pics you posted I don't see anything majorly wrong, but orthopedics is not my specialty.
