Also just lift heav shit and put it down do 531 for beginners just taper down upper lifts to 80% training max and lower lifts standard 85 do 3x8 pull ups with neutral grip and 3x8 dips as accesories on bench/ohp days and in the OHP day do sumo deads as t2 lift accessories on squat and dead day should be hip thrust and backstep lunges for 25-50 reps per day you can fit 5x10 or 3x8 depending on how you feel
