Its saddens me that ive been here for so long, many have come, made it, and gone, and yet im still here, having yet to make it.
My training is fine, my problem is diet, you can't make it being 20% bodyfat, and I just find it so hard to cut down to 8-10% like so many guys here who've come and gone have.

I used to consider this a very modern take on tripfags around here but I doubt many will recognize them anymore.

That's bad construction. Was it made by a proper architect and civil engineer? or just a person, or family (or your family) telling some contractors what they wanted?
In architecture there's something I forgot the name of, but it basically means to make things livable and consistent. So kitchen sinks aren't too low or two high, your door opens in a non-retarded way, closets have the proper space to hold a hanger with clothes on, how high steps should be to not trip you up, etc. Same goes for doorknobs and other things.
Civil engineers have codes and norms for basically everything, not always followed due to design ideas but they do tell a lot about construction standards:
