I go to the gym at least 4 times a week but I feel like I’ve gotten fatter instead of muscular. I have been getting stronger but I have a fatty build now. Also I’m an impulse eater and will eat anything good I see.

I'm not that tall or heavy but my tdee is over 2700. When I bulk I do 3300 cals.
So unless you're like 5'6 and a skeleton I don't think that qualifies as bulking.
