I have found the only way to fix not squatting right is squatting right over and over again. To help with this, peg rpe 10 at the rep where you bum shove the squat. And take your training sets from that intensity.

90kg 3x8 feet up bench was easy as shit. Last set felt RPE 7/8. My feet up bench feels pretty much just as strong as my standard bench, but a bit less stable.
