My 5 rep maxes are 1/2/2.5/3 - I was capable of doing this quite comfortably the past week or two but the other day I was unable to do a single rep of 3pl8 diddly and had to deload, I also injured my rotator cuff on my second set of OHP and have decided to take a week out for recovery, will I lose much gains? I also don’t know whether or not to continue bulking (I have been doing so haphazardly, not consistent enough with diet so I’m not seeing the results I need) or to cut. I don’t know if I have enough muscle mass for a cut and I’m afraid I’ll lose alot of strength and mass but then again I’m still underweight for 6’0, my ideal weight would be 90KG+. I’m doing starting strength btw, I feel I should switch to a more proficient/intermediate regime.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
