I'm suspicious about his natty level, he has one old video where he shows up his blood levels and his T-levels were 250~ ng/dl which is pretty low BUT there's always the coming out of a cut situation, I tsted mine after being on a cut for over a year to stage level of body fat, then had surgery, ate at maintenance for ~3 months and came out at 420~ ng/dl so I'm not sure

i think it is, only recently I learned how to properly lift and eat after being on a deficit all the time and I look pretty good by regular people standards so if you devote your life to lifting, it's pretty achievable

Pic on the left you can do natty in 2-3 years with a good routine and decent macros, don't sell yourself short. Most people don't make it because they don't realize 30m routines 3 times a week don't have the same impact as 1h30m-2h workouts 4-5 days a week
I dont kno what you are eating or how little your training intensity is, but i get so sore from almost every workout than its impossible for me to workout the same muscle group 4-5 times a week, and doing 2 hr workouts is only going to make it worse.
And before you call me dyel, i've been lifting for 5 years and for the last 2 years i've been juicing. Even with the insane regeneration that steroids provide, i still get sore like i did 5 years ago
