my diet consists of 6 eggs in the morning with oatmeal 2 bananas and a bagel.
lunch is 3 cups of brown rice and 1 can of beans and 2 peanut butter sandwiches with 6 servings of peanut butter on each (over 1300 calories alone).
i eat 2 chicken breast and 4 cups of broccoli and organic greek yogurt.
i eat better than 98% of everyone on this board. im only 5'7 and am eating well over 4500 calories per day.
my newest routine i am doing mostly 3x5 for heavy lifts like bench and squat, I do bodyweight til failure like chinups, pullups, pushups etc...

I do an ABA workout fullbody 3 days a week now
workout A is as follows:

Bench 3x5 (dropset)
weighted chinups 3xfailure
isolation exercise (can be whichever i want)

incline bench 4x12

Unintentional weight loss is a common symptom so that sounds plausible. Have you actually been diagnosed with hyperthyroidism? If so, you should ask your doctor if this could be the reason why you are struggling to gain weight.

I don't, because I have never seen anyone on actual roids that doesn't look like he's on roids, and I train in a gym filled with them who openly talk about what they take.

Roids are used to improve feed efficiency in livestock, meaning that you get more muscle from the same diet and physical activity, so yeah it does make you grow muscle "magically".
It also increases your base of muscle mass without even doing anything physical, it also makes your muscles way more sensitive to training stimulus, it also makes you preserve muscle much easier even on starvation diets
They also decrease fat accumulation without any physical activity or diet change at the same time.

It's extremely easy to overtrain a small muscle group like the triceps if you are not taking any PEDs.

Over the counter test boosters do virtually nothing. Just buy testosterone and inject it. Also, if you get your test level checked and it comes back low, your doctor will just tell you you're fine and do nothing for you. GPs are remarkably useless when it comes to hormone replacement. They literally know nothing about it and think that testosterone will give you an instant heart attack. You need to go to a TRT clinic if you want a prescription for test.
