I delayed summer cut for too long, and it's getting warm as fuck here. I'm in a state of fucking panic. How do i lose weight ASAP while maintaining as much muscle as possible?

by not getting fat af in the first place, fat fuck

go high protein, 1.5g/lb, the higher the protein the more aggressive you can be on your cut

Lift heavy ass weighs and don't eat. If you even smell food you've fucked your body up and you'll never get shredded in enough time.

Dude just cut hard. The paranoia around here about going catabolic if you don't inhale food every five minutes is ridiculous. Your body needs a lot of reasons to start using lean mass for energy while it still has access to fat.

>suddenly gets warm
>I'm in a state of fucking panic
you'd think being a fat fuck was tough enough already without weather-triggered bipolar disorder

>not bloatmaxxing throughout the winter

Never gonna make it.

if he cut he would look like an average gym rat
>getting obese as a natty
nice way to forever fuck your body up

what do you mean by cutting hard user? 1k deficit is cutting hard?

my genetics genuinely don't allow it. my "bloatmaxx" reaches a ridiculously low plateau in 3 months of solid effort and disappears in under 10 days of anything less than solid effort. i'll stick to permabulking since it's the only thing i can do. it's easy since i don't have to track anything and weather changes don't give me mood swings.

1k just via reduced caloric intake. 1.5k with cardio is even better.

I'll tell you OP, but post sauce first

Don't have sauce sadly, have another brapthot instead.

Just start now, 4 months for a cut is fine.

What about fasting? That should be the fastest route.

this. you have to realise you're on a fitness board full of fitness hobbyists. losing 1% of your muscle is going to be made out as cataclysmic. in reality, you don't lose your muscle memory and you'll likely rebound back to your old numbers 2-3 weeks after you start eating at or above maintenance again.

Intermittent fasting, or a PSMF, or fasting walking.
But remember, intermittent fasting is slow but steady, PSMF is torture but it might prevent muscle loss, and fasting+walking is only doable if you have nothing else going on in life or live a very low energy life.

>PSMF
What does that mean?

looks like mia malkova but it probably isn't

Protein sparring modified fast.
Its' basically torture, but it's supposed to prevent excess muscle loss of any kind during the extended low calorie/nigh fasting state.

However fasting is supposed to have mechanisms that prevent excessive muscle loss.

I'd give her the ol natty lickaroo
