If I switch over to resistance bands how do you increase the tension as you get stronger? Use a thicker band or just stand out farther?

While this workout may not be for everyone, I hope you guys realize that Arnold himself swears by this exercise. I'll take the word of a fucking legend over this faggot any day. That being said I do think there are ppl with issues out there that probably shouldn't be doing this exercise. Personally I have found that this exercise works great for me.

There must be a downside to staying this low bodyfat all year round?

IMO do bench press and dumbbell bench press basically, mess around with incline and decline as well

I do what I call "Weenie-Flys" They are half way between a full chest fly with your arms all the way out, and just an ormal dumbbell press. Get a good stretch out of it - but keep in mind that I like the Renaissance aesthetic the most, so I don't want huge boobie pecs. Plus, all my pushing is done on an incline

Muscle markers leave a washed out color. Black washes out to grey. Purple washes out to dark blue, so they leave a darker color than black.
