Assuming that you are at a reasonable weight literally nothing you throw at him will have any effect whatsoever. You might be able to beat him on points if you manage to evade literally everything he throws. Keep in mind you can't even block because at his weight he'd knock you out regardless.

Why have weight classes at all then?

It is beyond obvious that mr bloatlord has never had any boxing training before. Strength through weight classes makes a huge difference in boxing. But untrained vs trained boxer is for sure an even bigger difference. A bit of decent footwork and stamina would render mr bloaty useless. No need for that instant knockout power, though even a single well placed jab to the head would have him laying on the ground.

Actually if you look at deaths in boxing its the larger fighters that end up dying. Weight classes exist to stop large guys from dehydrating themselves to dangerous levels where they can't properly recover in time.
