Sauce?

Do leg press or hack squats

Hip thrusts

>not doing front squats as main lift
never gonna make it

>not just doing squats until your legs dont work
>expecting to make it

Pick one

I can never get the bar to sit properly

try actual running and jumping gymcel

Why would you want to do this?

>jumping
Wat
I do hacks but i need a better compound
Because back squats are the main lift

Jump squats
Paused squats
Pulse squats
Hip thrusts if you're a femanon or you just want a juicy ass
Forward lunges
Reverse lunges if you're a femanon

>tots in gyms

GROSS

Jumping like jump onto a block or do some plyos. Jump squats, jump lunges, jump rope. Tucks jumps.

lunges, or split squats - with your foot up on the bench - really works the quadriceps well and the unilateral movement allows for a lot of focus and care for each leg

it's not a high weight exercise, though, i'm assuming you're looking for front squat substitutes because you want the quad development without having to throat a barbell - so a narrow stance or lower stance will help work them especially on the leg press too

get it to touch your throat
might feel uncomfortable at first, but its the right place (at least for me)

back squats are for ego lifters mate,
fronts work the quads way better

lunges or just rep out on leg press

>powerlifting is egolifting
Squatlet

Bulgarian split squat, prowler push, lunges

paused squats kill after main squat movement.

it is, as a matter of fact

What do you do for your hamstrings?

Zercher squats

deadlifts?

Girls which have broader hips than shoulders are looking so unformed.

This. I like Zerchers so much they've become my primary squat, I also have atrocious shoulder mobility.

youtu.be/w4OUtEO27UM NON NEGOTIABLE

SLD, Lunges or Hack Squat

Zercher squats, or goblet squats.

weighted lunges

Why do people recommend Leg Press or Hack Squats?

The problem with these lifts is that they strengthen and build muscles in your legs without strengthening and building the muscles in your spinal erectors

The major cocern here is that you overdevelop your legs compared to your erectors and what happens next is major problems with your squat form and technique as your erectors fail to work properly with your overdeveloped legs, they will not be in sync.

This is why you should just squat if you don’t want to end up with all these crazy annoying muscle imbalances

You might not feel it’s a problem yet, but it will become one.

>being able to squat as much as you can is for the ego
>looking as big as possible is not for the ego

lol, i never understand why this site just doesn't think any form of exercise is not for the ego

>tfw you think your back is going to snap in half just standing even though you can squat the weight

Dumbbell curls

Single leg squats, like bulgarian split squats and pistol squats
walking lunges
jumping lunges
unilateral work in general is great for muscle imbalances

Straight Leg Deadlifts unless you wanna be small

Why are you treating those two as though they aren't accessory lifts? Here's a leg day setup
>Squats
>Straight Leg Deadlifts
>Hack Squat
>Leg Extensions
>Leg Curls
>Calves

Bulgarian split squats

Most other suggestions itt are garbage

These niggas know what's up

FUCK YOU user, I FUCKING BROKE MY KNEE BECAUSE OF YOU AND YOUR FUCKING JUMP SQUAT.

>not being able to jump squat without injury

Split squats walking lunges SLRDLs

pause squats, atg squats, pin squats, box squats, zercher squats, tempo squats, ssb squats
