You're not making gains, you're just getting a pump and burning calories.

You'll keep on doing this for another 1-2 years thinking you're making gains, then you'll look back at your pictures and realize you haven't made a single gain.

Temporary pump doesn't equal gains. I cant get a pump doing pushups and bodyweight squats, or doing weightless curls and weightless lateral raises, it doesn't mean gains are being made.

I don’t understand the fascination with PPL, I tried it myself for a few months and just lost strength and size and got fatter, which was odd because I was doing far more effort with volume and calorie intake. I couldn’t recover from lifting 6 days per week.
