Pretty fuckin' good. I switched from a 3x5 main lifts and 3x10 accessories to a 3x6-8 all arouns and my lifts nearly doubled over a month.
I loved it. Got a really kickass workout today.
Tried to hit 3 plates on bench after work. Did 275 then 295 to warm up but faltered halfway up at 315. Spotter might have saved me prematurely but I don't know. It was a fail in any case. I hit it on the Smith machine but I know that doesn't count. I want to try again though.
It is my rest day, but I went to the gym and did some cardio and curls because I'm gay.

I do the mon/wed/fri lift schedule, so today was run day. I ran like a chad and made your mother jealous of my cardio gains.

Middling. I had to stop my squat halfway through the sets due to knee pain, don't wanna risk it.
My bench was fine. Went heavier on the facepulls too. Also I've noticed some really quick and impactful gains in my arms since getting an adjustable dumbbell set. I use it every day to work my shoulders, biceps and triceps alongside a resistance band for rear delts. Would recommend.

Wearing a heart monitor to check out some things (right bundle branch block), though it's mostly an anxiety thing, I think. So, I'm trying to start over and I lifted today. It went alright. I'm off work and sitting too much is making feel bad.

Not too bad, although I was a little rushed for time, but got all my stuff done. I can squat my bodyweight for reps of 8 which is encouraging. My bench is still kind of shit though. So I'm frustrated. It's great being the only one in the gym until you need a spotter for bench.
Slowly but surely I'm weaning off the preworkout.

Went pretty good yesterday, on a pretty heavy cut but still seeing slight gains in some areas. Today is bench day though and that’s been stagnating/declining ever since I started my cut. Not really looking forward to it. But I can get back the muscle, I’m on a good trend of losing a lb or so a week and I don’t want to stop that now. Despite the loss in muscle I’m still looking the best I ever have in my entire life.

Do one thing without hesitation. If you're cutting then cut until you're cut. Then bulk until you're happy with your lifts.
Yesterday they were good, made progress in 2 out of my 5 lifts, which is what I was expecting. But recurring elbow pain is a bitch, need to get an elbow brace.
Decent. I was definitely a bit sore from yesterday(did a grappling class and lifted heavy afterwards) but I managed to squeeze out my 531 working sets and supplemental lifts. Overall good feeling like always.

Cardio and Abs today had me leaving the gym feelings unsatisfied with my workout overall I think it might be my lack of sleep catching up with me.
About to go lift right now. Shooting for a PR squat. 370x5 at 193. High bar. I did 365x5 on Monday, and my form is good and trunk is stable, but damn squats make me way more nervous than any other lift.

Cardio day. I've been kinda sick for the last couple of days, so I just do what I can to at least remain active. I won't lift or anything until Monday.
Spent 45 minutes on the treadmill, walking on incline 15 degrees, sweating like a pig.
Then I did some DYEL leg day stuff (leg press, curl and extension) followed by face pulls, sit-ups (3x15 in incline) and hanging leg raises.
According to my watch I burned ~900 kcal, but I'm not really worried about that. I feel like shit because I'm sick, so my main concern is to get enough rest and water in me.
I haven't left my house in a week. She left me bros...
I can feel myself getting smaller but the fire inside my heart is extinguished. I've never felt pain like this before
