I’m 22 years old, natty and strong as fuck. How is that possible? I would really like to know the reason i can gain muscle easy and become strong. My dads and uncles are all weak and skinny

My personal guess is that it’s because my dad forced me to eat a shitload of meat every day when i was little atleast until i was 17. With a lot i mean a lot lot, i had to eat atleast half a KG a day. And to top that off he forced me to drink milk 5 full glasses a day. Do you guys think that’s the reason?

Also my stats: height: 1.84m, Weight: 112kg, bf: 24%

Bench: 180kg
Squat: 240kg
Deadlift: 290kg
OHP: 140kg

You are chad specimen. Your ohp to bench ratio is insane aswell.
I heard eric spoto beat his dad in armwrestling at 12y old.

>my dads

were you always big and muscular compared to peers growing up?

Well i used to be allways fat, and when i was 17/18 i lost a lot of fat and i was always skinnier (left is me and right is an old friend of mine with same age)

Dude, you sound like me 10 years ago. I was be chin 200lbs, and military prezs 250 at 17, but I was hugely fat - I ONLY focused on lifts, no diet whatsoever, I've cut almost 100lbs, I don't lift crazy anymore but I'm still making insane gains compared to those I'm working out with. I've went from the fattest in a hiit/kickboxing class to weighing the same as the trainer and mogging him in workouts in 6 months of hardwork. I have 2 brothers, one is strong like me, but the other always struggled with being super skinny. Some people just get the good genes man, we got lucky.

>be russian
>wake up
>take off adidas underwear and socks
>get cleaned up and eat breakfast
>time to get ready for the gym
>first put on nike compression underwear (all the adidas ones are dirty and nobody will notice)
>then get into black adidas jogger pants
>put on adidas logo socks
>adidas shoes
>adidas dry fit shirt
>grab my adidas cap on my way out the door
>people give me looks on way to gym
>sick cunt, dont think about it
>gym receptionist chuckling at me as i arrive
>dont know why
>shrug it off, probably drunk
>go into gym
>look into mirror
>i had come all the way to the gym not realizing i had accidentally came all the way to the gym with a nike hat on, where everyone could see
>i grabbed the wrong hat by mistake
>double branding
>reize i dont look like the epitomy of a complete tool from an american high school
>blood runs to pale face
>everyone laughing in russian
>run out to car
>crying into adidas hanky
>had to switch gyms

fun fact lol like 70% of my wardrobe is indeed Adidas haha

well it's not always fun man, yes i do gain muscle/strength easily but i gain fat also very very easily. I have to constantly diet my whole life if i don't want to gain weight. And it goes ridiculously fast. I think that if i was really trying to gain fat, that i could easily gain 10kg in a month

feels bad man.. wish i had a fast metabolism

To be honest, adidas is pretty based.

Kek

OHP: 140kg

wtf bro how

>140 kg OHP

Post video.

Attached: 1548559150816.jpg (432x569, 56K)

Its bullshit thats how

always when i hit 1 rep with a certain weight, i immediately go higher next training. I never wait when i can do a weight like 4/5 times. I noticed my strength grew exponentially when i trained like this. Even when i couldn't do the weight i kept trying and trying until that one rep hits, and then i moved on to a higher weight. You grow stronger from just trying too

nope no videos, take it or leave it bih
I literally couldn't care less if you believe or not lel

You OHP 140kg? Jesus christ, post a video or something. That's an elite level for OHP at a global level

Really? I mean i see videos of guys doing 200kg without problems, i dont think 140kg is that special

>Even when i couldn't do the weight i kept trying and trying until that one rep hits, and then i moved on to a higher weight. You grow stronger from just trying too

Nigger what. How many times have you gotten injured training this way?

For your weight that's in a competitive strongman range. I'm not sure what the record is, but is bet you're getting close

kek

If this isnt estating, which it most likely is, you'll be a world class lifter before 30 dude. Start strongman or pl now

Do you think i should start powerlifting or strongman?

Wow, my friends dad has a strongman gym you recommend me to start strongman training?

>getting lbs and kg mixed up
haha rookie mistake buddy! :)

We don’t use lbs here haha

Nice humblebrag. Try reddit though, they are more welcoming of this kind of thing.

Just sharing my training way man, and no till now i never had any injuries

Yes, whichever you'd prefer
If you're not e-statting here you'd be cheating yourself by not starting one or both of them

>My dads and uncles are all weak and skinny
Dna tested dad or 'dad'?

Ur mams a slag

>OHP: 140kg

well I OHP 300kg haha

It was a typo, i only have one dad

Being fat helps with strength and lean mass gains. I benched 100 kg at 13 y/o with no formal training prior.

LOL you don't look like you OHP 140kg at all. I'm almost as big as you but can only OHP 60kg.

Well not everyone is the same buddy

Post a video of you OHPing 140kg you fucking larper, fucking Brian Shaw doesn't OHP much more than that.

Without problems?quit fucking like do you realize how much 200 kg actually is on ohp

You were probably 300 pounds or youre lying faggot

I literally just looked it up and the first video is a guy doing it for 5 reps

based user's mom

i just got a new computer and lost all my reaction images, but if I had a good laughing one I would post it

Yeah but that's a massive difference. Do you have any idea how insane it is to OHP 140kg? You must have monkey tier leverages

I don’t know man for a one rep max i don’t think it’s that special. Sunday i’m doing shoulders again And i will film it for you fags. I will make a new thread

Dingleberry doesnt count. World class wieghtlifters cant ohp that much, so you are either baiting or you mistake jerk/push press for ohp

You better. You'll be the new slav king of Jow Forums.

Klokov can barely press 154kg and you want to tell me there is a guy sitting in his parents' basement, that has genes good enough to make him next weightlifting champion of the world?

I will, i will even make new youtube channel to upload it

Make the channel now, I'll sub instantly

It’s just good genetics. I work out 10x harder than my brother and eat perfect. He will do some bench and curls every blue moon and eat Taco Bell everyday. Yet he has a much better physique and is stronger than me. Shit happens OP count your blessing.

>184
>112
>24%
>russian
You're just a big guy. Surely, you're not the only big guy around. You might be stupid big, but somebody has to be in the big leagues of the bigs, just be happy you're one of them.

m.youtube.com/channel/UCFZj-vNFM32Rz6ZUhhiQjtw/videos

This is my youtube channel, i will upload my video here sunday night- if not monday tomorrow. So anyone interested in seeing 140kg OHP, sub to it before the thread 404s

thx lad

Are you tracking your cals? It sounds like you've been raised to eat like the next famine is coming.

Now i am tracking my cals, i try to eat around 1900 a day. And my dad came from a very very poor childhood, so he never wanted to throw away food and always wanted to give me more than he could have when he was little. But it always was overkill with meat
