Due to some circumstances in my life I am unable to consume more than 30-40 grams of protein at most a day. Most time less.
Is there any point to lifting with such protein intake?

are you a khv tho?
need to see if there is some correlation between protein intake and being a khv
I am a KHHV. What's that got to do with protein intake??
What are these circumstances virgo?
What do you care? Who are you?
It is always better to lift than to not lift. You won't be making any gains though. But maybe you'll decline slower than when you don't lift.
Elaborate on these circumstances though bro. That's a really low amount of protein.
user i'm asking you why can't you eat enough protein, what kind of illness could cause this?
not an illness, I have a full time job now
And this inhibits you from eating protein?
Living in such conditions where I can't get meat, cheese, supplements and protein rich foods and I don't have access to cooking equipment. I don't have money or anything. I'm not poor I just live in such a country where it's normal to live like that (central Europe).
I have a rich friend who has a great home gym that he invited me to go to a month ago and I'm enjoying it very much.
You could just consume protein shakes.
This is what i do. Most of my prots come from it.
And as the other guy also said I work full time ever day but Sunday so during the day I'll eat a slice of bread with some spread or something.
>I don't have money or anything. I'm not poor I just live in such a country where it's normal to live like that (central Europe).
What kind of shithole is that?
Not poor but doesn't have money?
Wtf?
>Not poor but doesn't have money?
>what is relative income to your peers?
>Sunday so during the day I'll eat a slice of bread with some spread or something.
Just how poor are you?
> Can't get meat, cheese, supplements and protein rich foods
>don't have access to cooking equipment
> not poor
> just live in such a country where it's normal to live like that
The absolute COPE of europoors! Buy some whey online buddy.
>Inb4 customs levies a "gains tariff" of 1 euro/g protein imported in addition to the standard 50% VAT
>Not being able to afford meat in central europe
Jesus, it's Europe, not Canada. If it's that bad, just get bug protein, even if I know that meat is regularly priced there. (Or just sip milk like a mad man, 8g protein a cup I think)
Look dude i live in europe too, i'm very poor. Earn 600 euros a month and still manage to buy protein.
If you want to do this fattest most satisfying shits follow this plan.
>Museli in the morning
>Drink a black coffee on the way to the gym
>Work out and lift
>Protein shake after gym
>Flat white coffee at the office
By half ten it will come. I done a massive shit this morning. It was about 10inches long followed by a second shit about 6inches
Felt good man
>Gains tariff
Kek. Is this real?
What a faggot
Tell the truth user, you are a disgusting neet.
Who doesn't have any money, and mommy and daddy are vegen and don't want to buy you protein.
Lel
I've been 6 months traveling in all eastern europe and most people were fat or bulky, just like everywhere else.
Even in fucking Montenegro and albanian shitholes were people live in their own trash and don't have cars.
You guys all eat kebabs every meal and it doesn't cost anything.
Where the fuck are you from.
Faggot. Ss3 is a wasted power up. Better of staying ss2 and maintain
I'm at work right now. Why are you trying to make it out like I'm lying.
>Is there any point to lifting with such protein intake?
I'm gonna try and be helpful here, so please read this OP.
I have been looking up human trials or studies done on humans concerning very low protein intakes and nitrogen balance/protein balance, and I found this.
jbc.org
>the protocols show that
between 5 and 6 gm. of potato nitrogen sufficed to keep a 70 kilo man in
equilibrium.
Let's say we are talking about 5.5 grams of nitrogen. 1g of nitrogen is found in 6.3 grams of protein
5.5 x 6.3 = around 35 grams of protein
that seems to be enough for a grown adult male to MAINTAIN all the protein in his body which includes muscle and nails and hair and skin and organ mass, and this is from potatos alone, not from protein powder or anything like that but just straight up cooked potatos.
I found something else that might be relevant to you
sciencedirect.com
>As compared with a 1.1 g/kg containing diet, a 0.55 g/kg LPD induced the following: (i) a 17% to 40% decrease in muscle protein degradation and net protein balance, respectively, (ii) no change in muscle protein synthesis, (iii) a slight (by approximately 7%, P < 0.06) decrease in whole-body protein degradation, and (iv) an increase in the efficiency of muscle protein turnover. As compared with an LPD, an sVLPD induced the following: (i) no change in muscle protein degradation, and (ii) an approximately 50% decrease in the negative net protein balance, and an increase in the efficiency of muscle protein turnover.
It seems that the lower in protein you go, the more efficient your body is what what it gets.
i dont understand how he cant buy any protein rich foods in europe
chicken breats are like 1$ a pop here he can eat 2-3 a day for a month plus some rice thats max 100$, there no fucking way he cant afford it nor does he have the resources to get it but has internet to browse Jow Forums
I can find 1kg of meat where I live that is 80% protein for less than an euro, around 240g protein total.
I eat that everyday.
Not sure if you are able to cook, if not, just get canned tuna/sardines and some bread.
Let's see your faggot ass handle lmao 1buu
What? I think most guys on this thread have a full time job and we all still manage to get enough protein
Read further and you'll realize op is a tard
you're right user, i should've read more before reacting, thanks
Are you having a fucking laugh? You have a job so you can't eat protein?
Have a protein shake in the morning for your breakfast, have one after you workout, and have one before bed. Those 3 shakes a day mixed in with your normal meals will give you hundreds of grams of protein per day
what the actual fuck
man i hate wagekeks
Can you not just buy milk? Not gonna make it this way (faggot).
you can literally buy canned wild caught fish for 2$ a can, and eat that. Or you can do GOMAD (>120 g of protein) or quart of milk a day (31 g of protein). It's not hard to get in osme protein
