Dextromethorphan or DXM works like Ketamine. Can help repair a brain damaged by depression. Also feels very euphoric.

I tried it three times.
The first time was very pleasurable. I turned all of my lights out, put on some ASMR, HeatherFeather to be exact, and listened to music. The lights of my modem blinding in the dark became very nice. The second time was forgettable.
The third time was a nightmare. I felt like my head was going to explode for a bit until it finally culminated in profuse vomiting. After that, I just laid in bed with an almost superhuman ability to see my pathetic life from a third-person view and I haven't done it since.
Music sounds a lot better and adds euphoria, you feel like you're outside of your body and can't really feel your body, you walk like a robot around plateau 3, it can be unpleasant but ive never had as bad a trip on dxm as lsd/shrooms

You'd want to reserve the whole day for it. It lasts for hours, and often the after-effects can even be noticeable the day after. You definitely don't want to be around anyone you don't want to know you're taking a trip.

Used to do this every day off I had, 2-3 plat. I'd smoke a bowl after taking it, get comfy, then play audiosurf for hours with headphones maxed. Honestly I can say those were some of the best times I have ever had in my life.
