>get laid why would you suggest something that you've never done yourself?
Liam Bailey
Are Beef Gelatin capsules a good source of collagen?
James Fisher
yeah i've actually been using it for a few weeks now, i think it's helping my skin a bit desu. i've always had such horrible skin but it seems a bit less prone to overnight breakouts now. could be placebo, who knows.
Allegedly yes, they're just as good as collagen capsules. I've used gelatine for leaky gut and it seems to have helped a lot.
Andrew Sanchez
I've been taking collagen for a year, and have personally had great results with it. I break out a lot less, bruises heal faster, recovery is shorter, and that creakiness my joints had when I started lifting is gone. I prefer the grass fed collagen, but you can experiment and see what works out best for you.

>doesn't realize this is a meme
lol, newfagging
Isaiah Long
phenibut is legal, but its dope
Oliver Bailey
haha y-yeah none of us are actually lonely, its just a meme
Austin Lopez
>Thinks tfwnogf is ironic Hello electionfag
Thomas Murphy
whats your dosage, also can you take it by pill?
Parker Harris
haha yeah it's just a meme haha like anyone would actually be lonely and craving female contact haha
7g a day. I really prefer powder collagen, it blends in fine in my daily protein shake. You can take pill forms for similar results, too.
Anthony Thomas
i started a few weeks ago, not really noticing anything but its cheap enough and probably wont hurt so w/e
Nicholas Garcia
It works. I've been taking it for a year to help supplement hair loss and although new hair hasn't grown, i have kept what i have. On top of that i had a really annoying wrist sprain/injury for 2 years, and now it has fully healed. Good shit.
Aaron Cruz
Been using it for a month, 8-10g/day, didn't notice any changes in my skin, it still looks old and awful even though my diet is on point and I only drink water/tea.
>my diet is on point are you eating ketogenic with mostly meat?
Jack Ramirez
>makes your skin aesthetic >reduces fine lines and wrinkles
>Getting memed this hard >2019 ishygddt
Ryder King
>He thinks this is a meme oh my new year child
Zachary Evans
No, my diet consists of various veggie soups, meats, haddock/salmon/cod/deenz/tuna for fish, eggs, cabbage, broccoli, brussels sprouts, carrots, rice, potatoes, fruits and a lot of nuts. I don't eat anything packaged except for trail mix, oat "milk" or supplements.
Nathaniel Reyes
try eating only meat, some fish and eggs, and a small amount of vegetables. also eat some liver.
Asher Lopez
It works great. Within days my skin improved. Also helps your joints. Would recommend.
Dominic Adams
I take it but I'm older so it might not make a difference to someone younger. it helped my dry skin and keratosis pilaris a lot. mine also has amino acids so it makes me hype af. downside is it tastes like a fishy asshole unless its mixed into broth.
Ethan Walker
Your body will never take other animal collagen. It will digest it and form your own. Learn basic biochem retard.
Angel Garcia
Same user, i went from baby face to looking 30 at 22.
Carson Hernandez
>It will digest it and form your own Isn't that the whole point?
Levi Sullivan
collagen, skeletal muscle, and plant protein have different balances of amino acids - animal collagen has more of the aminos your body needs to synthesize collagen
Brody Russell
Obvious shill post, fuck off.
Luke Davis
Collagen actually helped my knee joints. It's also incredibly cheap, so I don't mind adding it to my shake every day.
Tyler James
>providing the exact building blocks your body requires to produce something won't help your body produce it I don't give a fuck how many dicks your disabled black jewish lesbian femenist dance therapist professor brainwashed you into sucking. Be a man and think for yourself for fuck's sake. Authority is not a substitute for logic.
Ryan Howard
It definitely CAN help joints, but it's not some miracle cure. Combined with a good diet high in DHA, vitamin C and D3, and a physical therapy regimen focused on joint health like convict conditioning, it helped me a lot. Took about 3 months before I noticed any real difference. Big improvement after a year. I also take a glucosamine/chondroitan/MSM supp. No idea if the supp actually helped but the concensus seems to be that can't hurt.
Xavier White
have you considered taking glycine?
Charles Lewis
Bone broth is basically the whole food version. More expensive, less convenient, but could possibly contain more nutrition our body can use that we that just don't understand all that well.
Blake Hughes
Never heard of it, I'll look into it. Thanks.
Juan Foster
sooooo taking collagen gives your body collagen, is what you're saying?
Jacob Perry
Hair loss is genetic and hormonal. The area you lose hair follows a pattern, mostly front and top of the head, the sides and back will be unaffected. Collagen wont do anything to hair loss. You may have lost all the hair you could lose.
Isaiah Anderson
>glucosamine/chondroitan Has never been shown to actually help joints but placebo is a very powerful and real thing.
(Not knocking your choice to take it or anything)
Kayden Lewis
It will digest to bunch of aminoacids, a fraction will be used to build your collagen.
btw. In my country we hang degenerates
Brody Bell
Same as chewing on iron would help building hemoglobin... We are omnivores not supplementivores
Blake Hughes
>it will digest to amino acids used to build your collagen No shit. Quit trying to split hairs and argue semantics. You're making an ass of yourself, quit while you're only slightly behind. That's an intellectually dishonest argument and you know it. Human collagen and beef collagen are a lot more similar than iron and hemoglobin.
By the logic you both presented, eating animal muscle tissue must also provide little-to-no-value for building human muscle tissue. Your argument equates to: "Yes it has all the same building blocks in similar ratios, but your body can't and won't use those building blocks because some authority told me so." Are either of you capable of thinking for yourselves?
Colton Russell
He didn't even say a specific brand worked well you moron, or is he shilling the entire collagen industry?
