I remember going to a white friend's house in middle school and getting amazed by the rapport he had with his mum- something apparently 'normal' which you'd not find in a SINGLE black household. maybe this is some kind of 'self hatred' as the hoe in OPs reference explicates but its really more just realistic sexism. if it were a racial self-hatred, that doesnt explain why black guys are often super tribalistic when it comes to choosing male friends

A lot of black men are very attracted to WW,AW,ect. and would rather prefer to date outside. But I think its more of a poverty thing and the way the media portrays black women.
Also its a maturity thing. I used to be one of those girls that refused to date or be attracted black guys because they were "ghetto" but that was mostly because i lived in a all white area and had few interactions with other black people. Now that im older i strongly prefer to be with someone black.
