Buckwheat is tasty and versatile as fuck. Also ridiculously cheap in Europe. That nu-carb Quinoa costs like 20 times more for 1kg. I pitty those who do not have wide availability of buckwheat. I eat it either with butter when having that sweet carving. Or Mix fresh cut veggies greens into it along with onion simmered chicken breast meat and shit's packing nutrients like crazy while also tasting absolutely fantastic.

I'm slav, so I grew up on buckwheat. Moved to the states and there is no proper buckwheat to be found here. Only something that is called the same, but it has very different texture and taste when cooked.
