Yeah, don't fall for the whole "carbs are bad for you" niche.

It's a meme, just like Jordan Peterson

its a meme
you have to be mental to do it

Meme diet that has fooled autists because it gave them decent weight loss but now they're engaged in mental gymnastics about the long term health implications.

Unironically not a meme, carbs are nonessential and insulin is bad for you.
Just try eating 4 cups of rice in one sitting and you'll know firsthand how unhealthy it is.

imagine being so carbophobic that you actually believe the glycogen in oysters will kill you

Can you get all the micros that your body needs from that diet?

death

>Just try eating 4 cups of rice in one sitting and you'll know firsthand how unhealthy it is.
nothing will happen, you will just get full.
i've done this multiple times and also drank orange juice on top

Not really, you can eat low carb if you want, but you feel way better without them.
Sure, muscle and organ meats together contain all the nutrients you need. I don't know about plant keto, never tried it. Seems like a nightmare for digestion desu
You're insulin resistant. That's not a good thing.

Reverse anti-vegan argument:
> We evolved to eat carbs, it's natural and therefore good

Look user, i tried keto.
Got diarrhea, and then constipation.
Also, a really bad acid reflux.

Are dogs considered non-ruminants?

Watch these no carb fags head explode when you tell them theres naturally occuring sugar in broccoli, every single vegetable, every single nut seed, root, whatever.

watch your head explode when you learn that keto doesn't actually mean "zero carb"

Keto means less than 20 carbs you brainlet.

i can generally stay outta keto at anything below like 80g/day but yeah semantics

it must be pretty sad for this guy to realize that other people already know about his secret vegetable carbs, i hope he doesn't do anything stupid when he finds out

1) Humans diets presently, for the most part, are not in harmony with their right NATURE. A quick look at the trends of obesity in western (and increasingly eastern) cultures makes this abundantly clear to even the dullest observer. One need only then consider the state of health care costs to understand humans are "killing themselves" from their "food" choices.

2) Most are familiar with the admonitions of the "elders" that one IS as one EATS...and that ONES food ought to be ones MEDICINE. Ask if you need to be SHOWN the specific references!

3) The optimal human diet is well understood and stated clearly in many venues...the christian bible being one. Refer to genesis, for example, which advises primarily a vegan diet (paraphrasing here a bit)....plants, seeds, fruits (in season and occasionally). Complete instructions can be found there for the inquisitive mind.

4) One is best served health-wise with Ph alkaline blood. Animal fats and products tend to acidify the blood, whereas a vegan diet will improve alkalinity/Ph from a biophysical standpoint. Correct eating (vegan) thus makes the alkaline factors in the blood conducive to proper enzymatic reactions, hormonal balance and optimal immunological response factors.

The first thing most poisoned humans notice is the rush of energy from correct diet. With that energy comes radiant health and vitality. There have been videos on this blog showing women in their 70's who were lifelong vegans and they look like they are in their 20's! ANY human can experience this through their choices!

I feel like carb cycling works better for my body. I tried Keto and I did feel energized after a while and got leaner but it wasn't really my favorite. With carb cycling I got lean just fine while still able to enjoying carbs once a week, and I liked having that burst of energy and pump in the gym on carb load day. It was great for leg day.

If you eat no more than 20g carbs for a long time you kinda stop craving carbs, it get's easier but some people's body naturally can't handle Keto so if you ever felt like absolute shit for too long with no result then try carb cycling?

Carbs make you want to eat more carbs. Fat satisfies you.

As long as you get all the other nutrients and fiber, I don't see anything particularly WRONG with it.

I know you're memeing, but show me the false videos anyway.

LMAO these fuckers are seriously trying to fuck your life up. Not only do they say to eat ONLY meat, they put fucking beef at the bottom of the pyramid prioritized over poultry. Is this a new phase of Russian trolling?
