Oddly I find I make my best gains when I'm doing intense cardio; usually 10+ miles daily on my bike and running a good 2-3 miles. Just drink a cup of milk to make up the 300 calories.

There are few better ways to wake up than a relaxing cup of coffee followed by a long bike ride.
