Is this Fucking true? Are energy drinks gains goblins?
Is this Fucking true? Are energy drinks gains goblins?
Drinking a can of fly spray is healthier than energy drinks tbqh
haha not reading all that. and she looks like a mom so chances are it's bullshit. *sips*
>6.3 gallons to flush out
Nephrons don’t work like that retard
Wait, is that why at 154lbs I still have a pot belly, fucking sips
It's just sugar-water spiked with a moderate (less than coffee) caffeine dose and some b vitamins.
It's just soda. It's not exactly good for you, but don't overthink it.
What is stupider, momscience or broscience?
It’s fucking CHEMICALS, man!!
That person sells 'nutrition patches' whatever the fuck those are, but I'm assuming it's an herbalife pyramid scheme. Disregard.
Also at first they say the average person drinks .27 gallons a day, then they say it's .14.
Dumb.

WHERE IS THE SOURCE?
Artificial sweeteners aren't as hard on the pancreas as regular sugar lel sugar fucking causes your body produce insulin
apparently the first paragraph says average water consumption is 6.3 gallons in 23 days, but the second paragraph contradicts it by saying people drink a gallon of water in two weeks?
>mfw people believe these types of mom-science psuedo-doctors.
100% not how kidneys work.
>Artificial sweeteners that make the pancreas work.
You mean sugar?
Why would you produce insulin for something that won't turn into glucose?
What does it mean to "flush out of the kidneys"?
I drink a shitload of energy drinks. Any of you guys able to link exactly what they do to the body? I was always under the impression that they're essentially soft drinks but with caffeine and added sugar. Been suggested I cut down, so I think I'd better, but would be nice to know what's actually happening when I drink them.
>20 oz monster
the cans are fucking 16 oz. who is this retard
russian trolls bro, trying to make sure you're not in shape when ww3 happens
I dunno about this milf science, but it doesn't take a genius to realise that energy drinks are bad for you.
>This can lead to weight gain that shows up specifically in the abdomen
Come on now, spot reduction isn't real, neither is spot enfattening.
>momscience
I don't even need to read the shit to know it's fake.
She looks like an absolute aryan goddess and her use of emojis belies a cute and childlike nature, which means she has energy and vigor to go with her beauty. Which makes sense because only pure water is good enough to enter her perfect body. Unlike you, simpleton, who pollute your kidneys with (((energy drinks)))
In this topsy turvy world it really upsets me to have to speak poorly of a white woman raising white children with their biological father... but if you are beyond the age of 25 and still try and maintain social media presence, you are very likely a petty and vain piece of shit. It's obviously not everyone but social media attracts and encourages those who are clinically narcissistic and generally encourages those traits in anyone.
>reading mom facebook propaganda
momscience.
Broscience is well-meaning word of mouth advice. It's probably not as accurate coming from the guy you heard it from as the guy he heard it from, but it tends to be stuff that's rooted in what is now decades of bodybuilding tradition.
Momscience is straight up dumb shit. it's never productive and supplement companies make more money than I even care to think about preying on it.
