That they refuse to take advise from your bodybuilding nutrition dudes, advice such as "count calories and eat less", doesn't help either.

Women have a little more bodyfat than men naturally, for example, for men 8% bf is as low as It gets before you start fucking up your hormones, for women that would be about 12% bf
Then of course you have the difference in test, wich makes It easier for men to turn fat into muscle
Other than that, also take in consideration women don't really need to get fit that much, fat acceptance movements catter specially for them, and heterosexual men just have generally lower standards

This frustrates me because it's true, and we have no way of knowing how big of an impact it has on the individual. Women have menstruation and birth control fucking up their hormones at a regular basis.

I think it would be a little harder since they don’t get to eat as many calories as men. Obviously this means they would feel less hungry on less calories, but you also have to consider what kinds of food you could eat. A man can cut on over 2000 calories, which easily leaves room for a small treat at the end of every day. Women get like 1200-1400 calories, seems like it would be much harder to fit even a small treat into that. Plus, estrogen makes you store fat so there’s also that.

For girls, it's supposed 14%, but stopping menstruation is correlative with preserving eggs and (even though it's possible making more) thus is associated with youth; so 5% is plausible here also, with huge sensation-esque and stability / authority benefits.
Your fat cope mind made it seem like she was eating these in excess and still remaining skinny. In reality, if you counted her calories, you'd see she wasn't eating that much.
It is posible, but not good for you or even sustainable, below 7-8% your test will go down rapidly

Up until I started lifting I was skinny all my life (I'm even still skinny now lmao) and it's honestly the easiest thing ever, just don't drink soda, don't shovel food down if you aren't hungry and don't be a lazy fucker who drives 50 feet down the road to the shop, do some fucking walking. I even managed a big mac 5 days a week and stayed skinny in college, I genuinely believe been fat is 1000x harder than been skinny, its impossible to get fat unless you're actively trying
I honestly don't understand why normalfags make such a huge deal over their weight, skinny should be the default build for a human (as in if they pay zero attention to diet and lifestyle) unless they're a retard
