Reminder that when the fags here say they got 1/2/3/4 in 6 months they mean 6 months of strength training. They most likely fucked around with brosplits for years before and had a decent base. Either that or they are lying trannies. Don't let them discourage you.

And the final redpill is not giving a fuck about what literally anyone on a french-canadian berry picking forum cares about you

>They most likely fucked around with brosplits for years before and had a decent base.

Do you not? If you've not been at least casually lifting since high school it's over for you before you even start.

What's with all the black pill threads? We get it, you don't want to work out. Though six months 1/2/3/4 people are definitely lying unless you can bloatforce it but I haven't tried.

What is realistic time frame to get to 1234?

The final redpill is not coming on this terrible website

I would assume it would take a year for a plate on all lifts so if you start at 0/1/2/3 about a year of serious lifting, perhaps a little longer because of ohp being insanely hard to get better at

This is literally the opposite of discouragement.
They're saying stop fucking around and GO GET IT

6 months if you get most things right, doesn't matter if it takes you longer anyway.

>but I haven't tried.
okay retard

t. permabulker

>started at 0/1/1/2
We're not ALL gonna make it.

I overbulked to get the 5pl8 squat.
3pl8 was in 4 months

WHAT DOES 1/2/3/4 EVEN FUCKING MEAN?

1RM?
ANY REPS?
5X5?

1/2/3/4 5 reps

3 months in lanklet mode I'm at .75/1/1.5/2.5

around a year is definitely doable for most

>Started at 0/0/0/0 two years ago
>At 0/0/1/1 now
Will I ever make it?

nuh

Did some spreadsheet maths.
Even if you started squatting the bar alone.
LP to 2pl8 in 3 months, smallest jumps possible 5lbs/2.5kg MWF. With a little breather room.

Then TM for 4 months to get 3pl8 squat, 5lbs/2.5kg jumps again.

Now how many of you are starting with just the bar? Taking only 5lb jumps?
It can be done, and it can be done fast.

Are you a woman?

It doesn't sound like you've been seriously, consistently training for two years. But if you're serious then no you will never make it and you should probably get tested for HIV.

Nah, it took me a while to get to 2pl8 bench because I've a weak chest, but deadlift and squats are totally feasible in that time.

>1/2/3/4
Is this one rep maxes or for reps?

Imo if you bloatforce it and are not incredibly unathletic, 1/2/3/4 is possible in 6 months but only if you have proper flexibility to not hurt yourself.

No but I started Skelly and have joint problems. I injure myself every time I make significant progress and end up resetting.

True. The first year I fucked around a lot. The past year I've been lifting consistently but only really started eating properly a few months ago.

One rep max

At long last it’s been confirmed
Based digits don’t lie

doesnt matter either way, once you get it for 1RM soon after you'll have it for reps

>just hit 1 in 1/2/3/4 today
>bench isn't close to 2
>squat is 30lbs off of 3
>deadlift is at 3
>been training seriously since december
I'm gonna make it bros. I really need to work on my bench more though.

quints can't lie, i guess it is one rep max after all

Get a lifting buddy to show you how to properly lift, no man should not be able to bench 1pl8 in the beginning

All of my friends are alcoholics

My bench lagged for a while.
Microplates.
Intermediate programming/TM with pause reps on Intensity.

How's your form? Learn how to use leg drive and stay solid when set up

>leg drive
This shit has always confused me,I can set myself just fine but the leg part I just don't understand. I drive my legs but keep my ass on the bench, how?

I'm at 1.5/2.5/3.75/4.5 but it took me 2 years. 1/2/3/4 took a little more than 1 and I didn't even have horrible starting stats.

Nah you're just coping I got there in 8 months from nothing.

Yeah it is a bit weird. But it makes or breaks a heavy bench.
You drive your feet into the floor and kind of clench your ass cheeks? Focus on keeping your ass on the bench too. You might get cramp in your leg, but you'll get used to it.

I don't know of any good bideos, but practice on your warm up sets. You'll know when you get it because the weight feels lighter/moves easier.

I have to add that 4 is disproportionate to the rest

Thanks senpai, screencapping that so I remember on chest day.
