Sarajevo here. I literally went to a ex-nazi facility that was the size of a clasroom and all the weighs were 20 years old. The only upside was that the membership was 25 KM (12,5 EU). The gym was filled with the scum of the earth who believed that the only thing you had to do was the bench press (there was a guy who did it for two hours a day five days a week). They would literally beat you if you said anything against their "routine". It didn't even have a changing room you would just put your stuff wherever.

Damn, never had that kind of bad people here in Herzegovina. Only would get comments on why must I lift so heavy and that I am going to hurt myself. I actually lucked out and was going to gym which had bro tier powerlifting owner. Still gonna go from time to time there even though I have home gym.

I would love to visit 300 club in Sarajevo. Have aquiantance there. They have eleiko powerlifting bars and eleiko calibrated weights. Also monolift. If I lived in Sarajevo, I would definitely train there.
