quit looking for an excuse to eat chocolate, fatty.
anti oxidants are a literal pointless fucking meme. Its pigment. The anti oxidant content of virtually every plant is worthless pigments.
The only anti oxidants that actually are active inside of the body are enzymes you produce.
Don't fall for memes.
Don't buy into "superfood" bullshit
Its not doing anything for you
If you eat enough straight you'll get a raging erection 10/10
cocoa is the only known substance to partially inhibit myostatin, it's potentially one of the biggest gain supplements possible but we barely know shit about that mechanism of it

Is a better answer than some ketard freaking out thinking 100% cocoa is the same as their 5 a day milk chocolate bars.
You could just eat vegetables like tomatos and get the same anitoxidants for cheaper

I sprinkle a bit on my almonds
Are they activated?
I activate mine by rubbing my homemade coconut
>have just one 21 calorie square of dark chocolate
>energy and brain performance sky rocket
Is this shit magic?
Pretty good. I drink that stuff instead of coffee.
Was thinking of doing this.
Do you just add cocoa to hot water? Or milk?
I use it in unflavoured whey protein shakes. Its bitter as hell so needs to banana to go with it. Not sure about (((health benefits))) but its loaded with fibre and has a decent amount of protein too
Yeah, pretty much and a drop of milk. The stuff I get is 60% because I cannot find drinkable powder over 90%. But that's fine enough there's literally no sugar taste or calories except if you put some milk into it.
Cocoa is honestly really good for baking shit and for those smoothies fatasses and women love so much. If you're into antioidants, they don't hurt to take. But it takes a while to get full benefit from them.
Try camu camu or acai powder if you're into that shit.

Tomato is not a vegetable.
>thinking that just because it's a fruit that means it can't be a vegetable too
other vegetables that are fruits:
cucumber, eggplant, pumpkins, squash, peppers
>AIDS in brain
no thanks for me thanks
So what's the consensus here? should I start putting a tablespoon of cocoa powder in my coffee or something?
Rick the stick ate a bar one once a day when bulking
any recommendations for which cocoa powder?
>Rick the stick
Leddit zoomer
What a fucking idiot
almost all cocoa is full of lead and cadmium, probably not worth eating.
Kys
Viva natural cocoa powder is not contaminated. I was brought this knowledge by BAP
>vitamins are useless
i hope you are baiting, i really do, otherwise you'll get cancer really fucking soon
No, but it’s a great supplement for making sugar free milk shakes. E.g. banana-cocoa
>antioxidants are all the same
no it isn't
Do the research, retards. The antioxidant content of virtually every single plant is useless, it is the pigment in the fruit/vegetable. It does nothing in your body. The only antioxidants that actually work in the body to eliminate free radicals are enzymes. This isn't even debatable you literal nigger faggots.
10 cal per teaspoon. It's a good thing to put into your protein powder drink. Basically make milk-shakes.
oxalate
antioxidants*
>muh enzymes
You've got to be some butthurt retard vegan to be upset about this. Plant pigments do not remove free radicals in the body, enzymes can eliminate millions per second. Enzymes that your own body produces.
Eating plant pigments does literally nothing. Its a fucking meme. Its no different from calling every random thing out there a "super food."
You fell for the meme, nigger.
At best direct antioxidants can provide a 1:1 ratio, 1 molecule can eliminate one free radical.
The indirect antioxidants SOD and CAT particularly eliminate free radicals at a 1:1,000,000 ratio. One of these enzymes can eliminate a million free radicals in a cell, and totally neutralizes it.
Most antioxidants being advertised in food will break down in your stomach, and never actually enter your blood stream, so right off the bat they're not doing you any good. And yes, many of them are actually just pigments from the plants, and can't have any reaction in your body regardless. This is completely beside the fact that antioxidants are needed within the cell. Direct antioxidents never make their way into the cell in any meaningful capacity. Not even Vitamin C works as an antioxidant within the body.
You've all been memed on. Learn to do research, dipshits.
