The people who coach natural bodybuilders tend to recommend waiting a month or two and doing some heavier lower volume training at maintenance before starting to cut.

Honestly I don't fucking know, try it and find out. Also you should check out Scott Stevenson's book "Be your own bodybuilding coach". You might find it useful

Eating at maintaince is meant for keeping gains not for shredding. Or you have to do a ton cardio with it, but you progress will go fucking slow.

If you cut you go on a decifit and add more cardio when you stagnate. There is no better way to do it period.

few guys have told me they use lower volume and heavier weights during a cut with 20-30 minutes of cardio 4 times per week. I like that because 15+ reps and supersets is pretty much cardio itself and probably not best in a deficit

You have tren flowing in your bloodstream from the first time you pin. You'll feel some positives and negatives quickly, but you won't experience the full benefits until after the levels have built up and are stable in your blood.

tren sides kick in extremely fast and with tren a you're at your peak release within about 5 days. there's also a common misconception around here that you need to be at full saturation to feel the effect of a compound but obviously that's not true.

I wouldn't completely dismiss SARMS. I dropped 20 lb with 300 mg Test a week, 20 mg cardarine, and 25 mg ostarine in 6 weeks with minimal strength loss. My OHP and deadlift took a little hit but bench stayed the same. I was so impressed that I would continue but I want to squeeze in a little Tren blast before May when it starts getting ungodly humid and hot here.

There are health consequences, and anybody who tells you otherwise is deluded. However, the consequences can be quite minimal, depending on how responsible he is with his use and what he's taking. It could range anywhere from a little bit of back acne to heart/liver/kidney failure.

If he does infect you during sex, it's not from the steroids. That's not something you have to worry about.

The best thing to do is talk to him seriously about it and gauge his experience and care with his usage. If he never gets blood work done, doesn't check on his blood pressure, doesn't ever come off (or at least lower the dose), or does other irresponsible things, then you can expect him to have health problems sooner or later.

Squats are weak I guess because legs are more tired than everything else after work. Strength is inconsistent as fuck because of fatigue from work too.

I could obviously make more gains natty but with work it's a fucking bitch and dropping some bf to help my overall aesthetic, while also having a bit more energy after long hard days would be a godsend.

It's reasonable to think that putting someone on 500mg of test will cause them to gain muscle mass up to a new point of homeostasis even in the absence of training.
The question is what the new homeostasis point actually is.
